ASSET MANAGER
We are looking for an Asset Manager for a premium real estate project in Bucharest, who will oversee property operations, optimize asset performance, and ensure the efficient management of residential spaces.

Responsabilities
- Oversees all operations for both the premium residential area and Class A+ office spaces;
- Acts as the main point of contact for tenants, providing a concierge-style experience and ensuring prompt resolution of their requests;
- Coordinates suppliers (security, cleaning, HVAC, technical maintenance) and monitors compliance with SLA requirements;
- Manages the income and expense budget (Service Charge), optimizing costs without compromising service quality;
- Maintains relationships with real estate agencies to ensure maximum occupancy rates.
Skills/Competencies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Property Management (office / premium residential) or Operations Management in 4–5 star hotels;
- Solid knowledge of Facility Management;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- English – advanced level;
- Analytical mindset, solution-oriented approach, autonomy, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure;
- Service-oriented attitude and strong focus on customer satisfaction.
