CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

We are searching for an experienced customer service specialist in the construction sector for a manufacturing company in Bolintin-Deal, Giurgiu county.

Responsabilities

  • Maintains relationships with customers and acts to meet their needs.
  • Promotes the company’s new products/services;
  • Receives and creates sales orders in the computer system;
  • Verifies the information and accuracy of orders received from customers;
  • Ensures that those terms and conditions stipulated in sales contracts are correctly entered into the sales orders created in the system;
  • Registers and monitors contractually stipulated advance payments subsequently made by customers on sales orders;
  • Allocates orders into sub-orders (production batches) according to their volume;
  • Ensures that those contractual terms and conditions stipulated in the sales contracts are correctly entered into the sales orders created in the system;
  • Discusses and negotiates with the customer the changes to be made to the order (changes initiated by the customer, impediments arising in the internal processing of the order or in case of exceeding the credit limit);
  • Makes raw material and production capacity reservations on request and monitors their validity and validity;
  • Respects deadlines for assigned tasks;
  • Provides customers with all necessary information on the delivery of orders;
  • Provides information to internal and external customers on the company’s products;
  • Continuously monitors and regularly informs the Sales department and direct supervisor about the status of orders until their completion;
  • Transmits and receives documents and information to/from the persons and departments concerned.

Skills/Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical / Engineering, Economics;
  • Minumum 2 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Good English skills;
  • Highly organized and autonomous in setting his work so as to meet critical deadlines;
  • Good communication skills within the team and with the customer;
  • High level of integrity and trust, with a strong sense of prioritizing tasks.
