FINANCE TEAM LEADER
We are searching for a Finance Team Leader with experience in the industrial automotive environment, for one of our customers, a Tier 1 supplier for the automotive sector, located in Pitești, Argeș county.

Responsabilities
- Leads and oversees the local accounting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting to Headquarters in line with Group policies and local regulations;
- Prepares month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including financial statements, account reconciliations, and reporting packages for the multinational Group;
- Ensures compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance procedures;
- Coordinates the accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, and cash flow processes;
- Supports internal and external audits by ensuring audit readiness and the effective implementation of audit recommendations;
- Prepares and verifies statutory financial reports, tax declarations, and other financial compliance requirements;
- Acts as a key financial business partner for Plant Management, providing financial insights to support business growth, cost optimization, and operational excellence;
- Collaborates with regional and global finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards, reporting requirements, and best practices.
Skills/Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree – Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar position, within the automotive industry;
- CECCAR certification – advantage;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- SAP – advantage;
- English – advanced level;
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills;
