HEAD OF CUSTOMER QUALITY
We are searching for an experienced automotive quality professional for the the position of HEAD OF CUSTOMER QUALITY in the automotive sector for a manufacturing company in Satu Mare, Satu Mare county.

Responsabilities
- Acts as the point of contact for clarifying quality issues and collaborates with customers in order to find effective solutions;
- Ensures the quality of the product and process within the company, considering the client’s needs;
- Ensures the early identification of weaknesses and implements corrective actions;
- Participates in the continuous improvement processes (CIP) and implements the zero-defect strategy, in order to identify and utilize the cost-reduction potential;
- Highlights quality-related aspects and participates in quality planning and the handover of projects to serial production;
- Ensures the implementation of processes in a safe manner;
- Participates in the validation of serial production processes during new product launches;
- Collaborates in defining the steps and methods needed for verification/testing of the verification equipment utilized for High Voltage production, as part of the employee’s quality self-control, and monitors the implementation of these methods.
Skills/Competencies
- Technical bachelor degree;
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar position, in the automotive industry;
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3;
- Knowledge of Core Tools, 8D methods / complaints, CSR;
- English language – advanced level;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Analytical skills, initiative, and a results-oriented approach with a focus on customer needs.
