LOGISTICS ANALYST – MATERIALS PLANNER
We are searching for an experienced logistics analyst – materials planner, for an automotive company located in Poiana Lacului, Arges county.

Responsabilities
- Monitors stocks;
- Places the orders for components and maintains good relations with the suppliers;
- Keeps the stocks within optimal limits;
- Prepares the monthly/weekly reports, closely collaborating with other departments;
- If required, organizes the transportation needed for Logistics or other departments;
- Organizes activities related to imports of components, from the EU and outside the EU;
- Colaborates with the financial department in order to clarify the discrepancies in receptions;
- Communicates daily with suppliers and the Logistic team – shop floor and supply chain;
- Immediately notifies the supervisor in case of over- stocks, late pick up, back log and / or critical stocks;
- Places purchase orders for components needed in production, for stationery or for different indirect materials.
Skills/Competencies
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar position;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Excel;
- English Language – advanced level;
- Previous experience in MRP – advantage;
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving orientation.
