METALLURGICAL ENGINEER
We are looking for a Metallurgical Engineer for a well-established company in the metallurgy industry, located in Slatina, Olt County.

Responsabilities
- Supervises metallurgical production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards;
- Assigns operators to casting stations and coordinates their activities;
- Monitors and controls the composition of casting materials, ensuring adherence to technical specifications;
- Ensures the casting installations are functioning properly and authorizes the start of the casting process;
- Uses and operates specialized software for alloy preparation and control;
- Collaborates with internal teams to identify and effectively solve technical issues;
- Ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations during activities;
- Participates in improving the technical accessories of equipment and machinery, according to operational requirements.
Skills/Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Materials Engineering, or related fields;
- Knowledge of metallurgical production processes;
- Understanding of thermal equipment and liquid metal treatments;
- Previous experience in a similar position – an advantage;
- English language – intermediate (conversational);
- Ability to coordinate and organize activities;
- Excellent communication skills.
