PROCESS TECHNICAN
We are searching for an experienced process technician in the automotive sector for a major tier 1 supplier in Poiana Lacului, Arges county.

Responsabilities
- Understands and manages the technical documentation of production line equipment and installations;
- Collaborates closely with staff in various departments to ensure smooth daily operations and correct problems;
- Performs and presents scrap analysis, rework, tracks process and proposes improvement solutions;
- Compiles and monitors line parameter sheets, detects and corrects identified deviations;
- Modifies the trajectory of moulding robots and presents suggestions for mould improvement to improve product quality;
- Verifies and adjusts the flow and pressure curve of the molding plant, notes and detects deviations;
- Contributes to feasibility and design evaluation for new products, continuous process improvement and achieving quality policy goals.
Skills/Competencies
- Highschool/Secondary education – technical specialization;
- Minimum technical knowledge of the technological process of obtaining polyurethane foams (an advantage);
- Intermediate knowledge of PC operation: Excel, Word.
- Knowledge of English language (written and spoken) – advantage;
- Good communicator;
- Team working skills;
- Analytical problem-solving skills;
- Objectivity and decisiveness in making decisions in the area of responsibility
