PRODUCTION OPERATORS
We are searching for an experienced production operators for an automotive company located in Pitesti, Arges county.

Responsabilities
- Plans and organizes activities before starting the production process;
- Enters the finished products into the management system;
- Compares, sorts, and inspects materials and finished items;
- Performs primary quality control on the produced parts and separates them from the rejects;
- Ensures compliance with technologies, procedures, and work instructions, where applicable;
- Is responsible for executing the instructions and directives received (both verbal and written);
- Ensures full understanding of the instructions before starting the work;
- Ensures the effective and correct operation of new equipment or systems and ensures they function according to the manufacturer’s specifications and requirements;
- Identifies and resolves potential technical problems that may arise during commissioning, provides technical support to the production team, and collaborates with other colleagues from the project team.
Skills/Competencies
- Education: Minimum 8 grades;
- Dexterity;
- Ability to work while standing;
- Seriousness;
- Availability to work in 3 shifts.
