QUALITY COORDINATOR
We are looking for a Quality Coordinator for one of our clients, a company specialized in the production of industrial connectivity solutions, based in Sibiu.

Responsabilities
- Manages the Quality, Process, Production, and Logistics teams, with the purpose of ensuring their alignment with the company’s quality objectives and standards;
- Ensures compliance with IRIS (ISO 22163) and ISO 9001 requirements;
- Manages customer complaints and acts as the direct interface with customers;
- Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs): customer complaints, PPM, OTD, productivity, and scrap;
- Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization activities;
- Prepares for and participates in internal and external audits.
Skills/Competencies
- Technical university degree;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role with a focus on quality;
- Experience in a manufacturing environment – cable industry experience is an advantage;
- Strong knowledge of ISO 22163 (IRIS), 8D, FMEA, RCA, APQP, PPAP, and Project Management;
- Advanced English language skills;
- Excellent communication skills.
