QUALITY ENGINEER
We are searching for a Quality Engineer with industrial background, for one of our customers – a company that activates in the construction materials industry, located in Oradea, Bihor County.

Responsabilities
- Manages the end-to-end customer complaint handling process (B2B and B2C);
- Leads root cause investigations using structured Root Cause Analysis methodologies;
- Develops, implements, and monitors the effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and 8D reports resulting from customer complaints and internal non-conformities;
- Develops, updates, and maintains Control Plans and FMEA/PFMEA documentation for manufacturing processes;
- Maintains and continuously improves the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements;
- Applies the PDCA methodology to support continuous improvement initiatives across production and quality processes;
- Plans and conducts internal process and product audits to verify compliance with company standards and technical requirements;
- Monitors and analyzes quality performance indicators (KPIs);
- Collaborates closely with Production, Maintenance, and other support departments to resolve quality issues at the source;
- Participates in customer, supplier, and certification audits and follows up on the implementation of corrective actions.
Skills/Competencies
- Technical Bachelor’s degree;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel;
- English language – advanced level;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment;
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP, SPC, and MSA);
- Experience using quality problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, Is/Is Not, and PDCA;
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification – advantage;
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
