QUALITY ENGINEER
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer, for a major company in the automotive sector, located in Poiana Lacului, Argeș County.

Responsabilities
- Coordinates corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities identified during audits;
- Acts as an interface between the customer and internal quality teams;
- Manages the customer part approval processes and the related documentation;
- Creates and updates samples and defect guides for product quality validation;
- Participates in product launches, testing, and APQP/PPAP processes;
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives related to quality indicators (RPPM, CPPM, IPPM, etc.);
- Ensures compliance with IATF 16949 standards, and customer requirements;
- Maintains the relationship with customers by providing support on quality issues and technical changes;
- Analyzes warranty returns and proposes corrective actions.
Skills/Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical field);
- Solid knowledge of quality tools: 8D, Core Tools, etc.;
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar position (ideally);
- Advanced level of English;
- Available to take business trips;
- Excellent communication skills.
