TECHNICAL MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager, on behalf of one of our customers operating in the construction materials industry, headquartered in Oradea, Bihor County.

Responsabilities
- Leads and coordinates the Maintenance & Continuous Improvement department.
- Develops and implements preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies.
- Ensures the availability and reliability of production equipment by monitoring key performance indicators (OEE, MTBF, MTTR).
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyzes equipment failures, identifies root causes, and implements permanent corrective actions.
- Implements and manages the CMMS to effectively plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance activities.
- Optimizes processes and reduces operational costs by eliminating waste and improving workflow efficiency.
- Manages the department’s budget and investments related to equipment and infrastructure.
- Leads, develops, and evaluates the maintenance team while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborates with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure efficient production operations.
Skills/Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical field;
- English – advanced level;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including leadership of technical teams;
- Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies;
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices;
- Excellent leadership, organizational, planning, analytical, and project management skills.
