Responsabilities
- Checks, adjusts, and establishes the operation of welding torches before starting and during operation;
- Responsible for the dimensional adjustment of welding devices to ensure the finished part is compliant;
- Performs visual inspection of welding cables and adjusts the robot’s trajectories to achieve a compliant weld;
- Fixes welding elements onto the robot body according to the required technologies;
- Changes or replaces welding wires;
- Intervenes to resolve welding or robot alarms that occur during operations.
Skills/Competencies
- Completed secondary education and/or technical qualification;
- Previous experience with ABB welding robots is an advantage;
- Experience in adjusting automatic pneumatic welding devices;
- Basic PC operating knowledge;
- Availability to work in 3 shifts.
