CONTROLLING SPECIALIST
We are currently seeking an experienced Controlling Specialist to join one of our clients operating in the automotive industry, located in Cătanele, Argeș County.

Responsabilities
- Managing month-end closing and preparing reports, including production volumes, efficiency metrics, and commercial discounts;
- Supporting the identification and resolution of ERP errors, as well as inventory adjustments;
- Analysing and explaining inventory price variances;
- Monitoring costs across key categories (maintenance, spare parts, consumables, services, etc.) and contributing to cost reduction initiatives;
- Ensuring accurate expense coding in line with company standards;
- Collecting and maintaining relevant operational data (material content, scrap, crew size, etc), in order to support updates of standard costs;
- Reviewing weekly KPI performance with management, identifying trends, and contributing to root cause analysis;
- Ensuring the proper implementation of new KPIs in alignment with company standards;
- Analyzing production variances and supporting the root cause identification, particularly through scrap data tracking by area;
- Supporting the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and bridge analyses;
- Reviewing budgets and forecasts with management;
- Performing inventory cycle counts and period-end physical inventories in accordance with company procedures, documenting results and recommending improvements;
- Contributing to working capital improvement initiatives.
Skills/Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics;
- 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel);
- English – advanced level;
- Excellent communication skills.
