Having an active Business Partner role both in relation with the internal recruitment teams, as with the agency’s customers, Paul provides stability, but also the motivation to deliver projects in harmony with the internal need for performance as well as the customers’ requirements.

Directly involved in the development and communication of the company’s general vision, Paul actively contributes to the daily wellbeing of operations in RIAN & Partners.

Trusted member of RIAN team for over 5 years, Cornelia has had an organic professional growth towards the position of Recruitment Coordinator, that she currently holds.

With a relevant experience in the industrial and IT recruitment sectors, Cornelia successfully manages niche specialists recruitment projects, and also the recruitment activity of both RIAN recruitment teams: Talent Acquisition and Mass Recruitment.

Part of RIAN & Partners team for more than 4 years, Ioana is defined by diplomacy and superior organization skills, managing to blend the mass recruitment sector with the HR Admin activities.

Good communicator, Ioana stood out in both her interactions with the customers, as well as with the people in search of a new career opportunity, providing prompt solutions for the occurred issues.

With a Bachelor degree from the University of Pitesti – Faculty of Letters, Ancuta currently occupies the position of HR Specialist, managing the sourcing, front/back-office areas, ensuring the visibility of RIAN’s services on a more and more dynamic market.

Natural communicator and networker, Ancuta manages to provide solutions for issues that firstly seemed bottlenecks.

Integrated part of the Mass Recruitment team, Ina brings daily the necessary dose of optimism and motivation in finding solutions on a highly dynamic recruitment market.

With a prior background in HR admin, Ina took the decision to enhance her career by joining RIAN team and managing mass recruitment projects for companies in the industrial sector.

Fresh graduate of University of Pitesti – with a bachelor degree in Communication sciences, and with a passion for the field of Human Resources, Simona made her first steps in the sector of industrial recruitment within RIAN & Partners.

Part of the Talent Acqusition team, Simona brought a fresh perspective in point of creativity and sourcing, building her professional vision within a team of professionals, under the mentorship of RIAN’s managerial team.

Graduating with a degree in Psychology, Daria began her career and training in recruitment with RIAN & Partners, as a member of the Talent Acquisition team.
