CUSTOMER LOGISTICS SPECIALIST
We are searching for an experienced customer logistics specialist, for one of our industrial customers activating in the automotive sector, situated in Campulung, Arges county.

Responsabilities
- Coordinates and manages the flow of all customer logistics activities;
- Performs weekly analysis of customer orders and forecasts;
- Performs weekly analysis of customer variations and informs the customer about critical points;
- Coordinates all customer deliveries;
- Implements the company’s logistics standards, documentation, guidelines, working methods and tools within the plant, as well as towards customers;
- Monitors plant sales, inventory, and operations planning on a monthly basis;
- Manages stock levels for finished products according to customer requirements and the company’s objectives;
- Oversees all logistics activities in order to support new product introductions;
- Maintains constant communication with the Production and Engineering Departments to ensure an optimal production flow and to minimize the impact of technical modifications;
- Facilitates continuous improvement with the objective of maximizing service levels, minimizing logistics costs and inventories, and accelerating physical flows from suppliers to customers;
- Identifies and generates opportunities to reduce logistics transportation costs;
- Identifies blockages and plans appropriate corrective actions to resolve them.
Skills/Competencies
- Bachelor degree;
- Previous experience in a similar position;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word);
- English language – advanced level;
- Organizational skills and a results-oriented attitude;
- Excellent communication skills.
