HR SPECIALIST – PAYROLL & ADMIN

We are currently searching for and experienced HR Specialist – Payroll & Admin, for one of our customers specializing in the construction materials production, located in Oradea, Bihor county.

Responsabilities

  • Prepares and updates personnel files;
  • Archives documents and personnel records;
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies and human resources procedures;
  • Advises employees on HR and payroll-related matters;
  • Drafts and manages employment contracts, addenda, and internal decisions;
  • Calculates and processes salaries, leave, bonuses, and deductions in accordance with current legislation;
  • Records changes in Reges and maintains records in compliance with the law;
  • Prepares specific reports and declarations (e.g., D112);
  • Provides support to employees on payroll and benefits matters;
  • Advises managers on labor law, internal policies, and HR best practices.

Skills/Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Economics, or related fields);
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll and personnel administration;
  • Solid knowledge of labor legislation;
  • Experience with payroll software (Senior HR/Sincron – an advantage);
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
  • Good communication skills.
