HSE COORDINATOR
We are looking for an HSE Coordinator with experience in an industrial environment for a company operating in the automotive industry, located in Pitești, Argeș County.

Responsabilities
- Implements the HSE and environmental management system, including the development and revision of the company’s work instructions and procedures;
- Conducts monthly audits;
- Identifies and assesses risks;
- Participates in ergonomic assessments;
- Participates in the authorization and reauthorization committee for electricians in terms of occupational health and safety;
- Defines work equipment, PPE, and hygiene materials specific to workplaces and prepares purchase requests;
- Conducts induction training for new employees on HSE and fire safety topics;
- Prepares work permits for salaried employees;
- Schedules pre-employment and periodic medical examinations;
- Develops job-specific safety instructions and trains operators, including general induction training;
- Trains employees on emergency evacuation, environmental protection and first aid;
- Coordinates and oversees all first aid activities, workplace accidents and incidents, fire safety, and environmental activities, and prepares monthly HSE&E performance reports (internal and external);
- Collaborates with the Regional HSE&E Director, Human Resources, and occupational health services on occupational health matters;
- Organizes and leads HSE&E meetings;
- Represents the plant internally and externally on HSE&E matters;
- Acts as an internal consultant for the Plant Manager and management team on HSE&E issues;
- Collaborates with the company’s doctor, unit leader, and supervisors in order to measure exposure to hazardous substances and improving conditions when limits are exceeded.
Skills/Competencies
- University Degree;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Solid understanding of HSE legislation;
- Good knowledge of international standards (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 12100:2010, SR EN 12845);
- Experienced in using risk assessment methods and HSE tools;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
