MANAGER – MODERN TRADE
We are looking for an experienced Modern Trade Manager for one of our customers operating in the construction materials industry, headquartered in Oradea, Bihor County.

Responsabilities
- Coordinate and develop the activity of the merchandising team;
- Ensure excellent in-store execution and shelf visibility;
- Implement planograms, promotions, and product exposure standards;
- Monitor product availability and retail performance;
- Maintain operational relationships with modern trade partners and DIY retailers (Dedeman, Leroy Merlin etc.);
- Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities;
- Track KPIs related to execution, coverage, and sales development;
- Contribute to layout optimization and product launch initiatives.
Skills/Competencies
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in modern trade, retail, or FMCG;
- Mandatory experience in DIY retail;
- Previous experience coordinating teams in the field;
- Strong organizational and leadership skills;
- Good analytical mindset and Excel skills;
- Assertive communication and results-oriented approach;
- Availability for frequent business travel.
