PROCESS ENGINEER
We are looking for a Process Engineer with experience in an industrial environment for a company operating in the food industry, located in Câmpulung, Argeș County.

Responsabilities
- Develops standard work instructions, ensures their compliance, and updates them as necessary;
- Prepares and manages machine setting parameter sheets;
- Identifies and leads improvement projects to achieve quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) targets;
- Organizes and conducts production trials, prepares reports, and analyses results;
- Actively participates in QRQC and practical problem-solving activities;
- Performs manufacturing process audits and validates implemented improvements;
- Supports the industrialization of new products, with a focus on transfer to mass production;
- Provides training to production team members on new products and processes;
- Carries out troubleshooting activities for existing production processes that do not meet performance targets.
Skills/Competencies
- Technical Bachelor’s degree;
- Previous experience in a similar position – minimum 1 year;
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP;
- English language – intermediary level;
- Attention to detail;
- Good communication skills.
