Responsabilities
- Coordinates the production activity in the designated sector within the company;
- Analyzes work efficiency and is responsible for the continuous improvement of productive activities;
- Efficiently manages the programs carried out in the manufacturing area;
- Sets production tasks for subordinate employees in accordance with the department’s objectives;
- Participates in the training of subordinates in order to ensure they have the necessary tools to achieve the proposed objectives and comply with occupational safety regulations;
- Ensures the achievement of individual objectives set by the hierarchical supervisor;
- Actively participates in the implementation and application of standards and working methods.
Skills/Competencies
- Secondary education;
- Experience in the industrial environment/minimum 6 months;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Availability to work in 3 shifts;
- Attention to detail.
